1. Cihazınızda tutulan bilgiler

Yazdığınız notlar, saatli işler, tamamlanma durumları, yerel profil bilgileriniz (ad, isteğe bağlı doğum tarihi, meslek ve planlama tercihleri), seçtiğiniz profil fotoğrafı, dil, tema ve bildirim tercihleri uygulamanın cihazınızdaki özel depolama alanında tutulur. Bu bilgiler için geliştirici tarafından işletilen bir hesap veya bulut eşitleme sunucusu kullanılmaz.

Profil fotoğrafı olarak seçtiğiniz görselin bir kopyası uygulamanın kalıcı dosya alanına kaydedilir; seçilmemiş fotoğraflarınız uygulamanın profil verisi olarak içe aktarılmaz.

2. Verilerinizin kullanım amacı

Yerel bilgileriniz, notlarınızı saklamak, saat belirttiğiniz işleri ana ekranda göstermek, profilinizi kişiselleştirmek ve izin verdiğiniz yerel hatırlatıcıları oluşturmak için kullanılır. Notlarınız ve profil fotoğrafınız bu işlevler için geliştiriciye veya harici bir yapay zekâ servisine gönderilmez. Mevcut notlar arayüzü, çevrimiçi AI yorumlama veya AI görsel üretimi sunmaz.

3. İzinler ve bildirimler

Profil fotoğrafı seçme, dosyadan görsel alma veya fotoğraf çekme işlemini başlattığınızda ilgili sistem seçicisi ya da izin penceresi açılabilir. Kamera erişimi fotoğraf çekmek içindir. Yerel bildirimler yalnızca sistem izni verdiğinizde gösterilir; içerdikleri not başlıkları cihazınızın kilit ekranı ayarlarına göre görünebilir.

Bildirim tercihlerinizi uygulamanın ayarlarından, sistem izinlerini cihaz ayarlarından değiştirebilirsiniz. Mevcut notlar arayüzü ses kaydı başlatmaz; daha önceki geliştirme sürümlerinde kullanılan mikrofon özelliği bu arayüzde sunulmaz.

4. Paylaşım, reklam ve yedekleme

Uygulamanın mevcut sürümünde reklam ağı, kullanıcılar arası içerik paylaşım servisi veya geliştirici tarafından kullanılan kullanıcı takip/analiz servisi bulunmaz. Notlarınız ve profil bilgileriniz satılmaz veya reklam hedeflemesi için paylaşılmaz.

Cihazınızın iCloud, Android veya başka bir işletim sistemi yedekleme özelliği, ayarlarınıza bağlı olarak uygulama verilerini yedekleyebilir. Bu yedekler geliştiricinin işlettiği bir hizmet değildir; ilgili sağlayıcının gizlilik koşulları ve cihaz ayarlarınız geçerlidir. Expo Go ve TestFlight gibi test dağıtım araçları da kendi sağlayıcılarının tanılama süreçlerine sahip olabilir.

5. Saklama ve silme

Yerel kayıtlarınız, onları düzenleyene, silene veya uygulamanın ayarlarındaki HESABI SIFIRLA işlemini onaylayana kadar cihazınızda tutulur. Bu düğme çevrimiçi bir hesap kapatmaz; cihazdaki yerel profil, not ve planlama kayıtlarını sıfırlar. İşletim sistemi üzerinden uygulamayı verileriyle birlikte silerek yerel uygulama alanını da kaldırabilirsiniz.

İşletim sistemi yedeklerinizi kaldırmak için ilgili cihaz veya yedekleme servisi ayarlarını ayrıca kullanmanız gerekir. Geliştiricinin cihazınızdaki notlara uzaktan erişimi olmadığı için bu notları sizin yerinize okuyamaz veya silemez.

6. Destek iletişimi ve bu web sayfası

Destek adresimize e-posta gönderirseniz, e-posta adresiniz ve paylaşmayı seçtiğiniz mesaj veya ekler talebinize yanıt vermek için işlenir. Yazışmalar, talebin çözümü ve gerekli takip için ihtiyaç duyulduğu sürece tutulur; bunlarla ilgili silme isteğinizi aynı adrese iletebilirsiniz. E-posta sağlayıcısının kendi gizlilik koşulları da geçerlidir.

Bu politikayı tarayıcıda açtığınızda web barındırma altyapısı (Cloudflare), sayfayı sunmak ve güvenliğini sağlamak için IP adresi ve istek bilgileri gibi teknik verileri işleyebilir. Bu, uygulamanın yerel notlarınızı Cloudflare'a gönderdiği anlamına gelmez. Bu sayfaya ayrıca reklam veya analiz betiği eklenmemiştir.

7. Değişiklikler

Uygulamanın veri kullanımı değişirse bu politika ve gerektiğinde mağaza gizlilik bildirimleri güncellenir. Güncel metni bu bağlantıdan ve uygulamanın ayarlarındaki gizlilik bağlantısından okuyabilirsiniz.

1. Information stored on your device

Your notes, timed activities, completion status, local profile details (name, optional birth date, occupation and planning preferences), selected profile photo, language, theme and notification preferences are stored in the app's private storage on your device. No developer-operated account or cloud sync server is used for this information. A copy of the image you select for your profile is kept in the app's persistent file storage; unselected photos are not imported as profile data.

2. How information is used

Local information is used to save your notes, show timed activities on the home screen, personalize your profile and create local reminders you allow. Your notes and profile photo are not sent to the developer or an external AI service for these features. The current notes interface does not offer online AI interpretation or AI image generation.

3. Permissions and notifications

The relevant system picker or permission prompt may appear when you choose a profile image, import an image from a file or take a photo. Camera access is used to take that photo. Local notifications appear only with system permission; note titles may be visible on your lock screen depending on your device settings. You can change notification preferences in the app and system permissions in your device settings. The current notes interface does not start audio recordings; the microphone feature used in earlier development versions is not offered in this interface.

4. Sharing, advertising and backups

The current app has no advertising network, public content-sharing service or developer-operated user tracking/analytics service. Your notes and profile details are not sold or shared for advertising targeting. Depending on your settings, iCloud, Android or another operating-system backup service may back up app data. These backups are not operated by the developer and are governed by the provider's policies and your device settings. Testing tools such as Expo Go and TestFlight may have their providers' own diagnostic processes.

5. Retention and deletion

Local records remain on your device until you edit or delete them, or confirm the reset action in app settings. The reset control does not close an online account; it resets the local profile, notes and planning records. You can also remove the local app storage by deleting the app together with its data through your operating system. Manage backups separately in your device or backup-service settings. The developer cannot remotely read or delete your device's local notes.

6. Support and this website

If you email support, your email address and the message or attachments you choose to send are processed to respond to your request. Correspondence is retained as needed to resolve and follow up on the request; you can request deletion by emailing the same address. Your email provider's own privacy terms also apply. When you visit this policy in a browser, the hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as your IP address and request information to deliver and secure the page. This does not mean your local app notes are uploaded to Cloudflare. No additional advertising or analytics script has been added to this page.

7. Changes

If the app's data practices change, this policy and, where needed, the store's privacy disclosures will be updated. The current policy is available at this address and through the privacy link in app settings.
